The People’s Committee of Quang Ngai Province has issued Plan No. 81/KH-UBND to implement Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated March 26, 2025 of the Government on the Program to Reduce and Simplify Administrative Procedures Related to Business Activities for the years 2025 and 2026.
This plan aims to realize the directives of the Party and the Government to streamline administrative procedures and business investment conditions, creating a favorable, transparent, and equitable business environment in the province.
Accordingly, targets are set forth as follows:
Objectives for 2025
Eliminate at least 30 per cent of unnecessary business conditions.
Reduce at least 30 per cent of processing time and compliance costs for administrative procedures.
Ensure 100 per cent of business-related administrative procedures are conducted online, seamlessly and efficiently, with transparency and minimal paperwork.
Guarantee 100 per cent of administrative procedures can be performed regardless of geographic location within the province.
Fully implement all approved delegation plans under Decision No. 1015/QĐ-TTg dated August 30, 2022, of the Prime Minister.
Review and simplify 100 per cent of internal administrative procedures among and within state agencies to align with streamlined organizational structures while maintaining effectiveness.
Objectives for 2026
Eliminate or simplify 100 per cent of unnecessary, overlapping, vague, or unclear business conditions.
Remove 100 per cent of business conditions for industries not on the conditional investment list under the Law on Investment.
Cut 50 per cent of processing time and compliance costs compared to 2024.
Ensure 100 per cent of mandatory standards and technical regulations are published and reviewed for simplification.
Digitize 100 per cent of business reporting obligations.
Manage 100 per cent of internal administrative procedures electronically.
Guarantee single submission of all documents and information for business-related procedures.
Ensure 100 per cent of eligible procedures are implemented as fully online, end-to-end services.
This plan reflects the province's firm commitment to administrative reform, aiming to foster a more dynamic, responsive, and business-friendly environment.
