Quảng Ngãi to host 2025 dialogue conference with collective economy and cooperatives in western region

Quảng Ngãi — The Provincial People’s Committee has issued Plan No. 96/KH-UBND announcing the organisation of the 2025 Dialogue Conference with the collective economic sector and cooperatives in western Quảng Ngãi.

The event is expected to take place in early December 2025 in Kon Tum Ward, Quảng Ngãi Province.

The conference aims to provide a forum for cooperatives, cooperative groups, and People’s Credit Funds to express their concerns, expectations, and recommendations regarding their legitimate rights and interests in the collective economy.

The event also seeks to improve the responsiveness of local authorities and civil servants in supporting the sector.

The conference will disseminate the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and legal frameworks related to the collective economy, including the 2023 Law on Cooperatives, helping cooperatives better understand the regulatory environment.

It is expected to encourage cooperatives to participate more actively in local state management processes, promote the role of collective economy in the province’s socio-economic development, and enhance compliance with State policies.

The event also aims to strengthen the contribution of the collective economic sector and cooperatives to socio-economic development and international integration; address difficulties faced by cooperatives in production and business; and gather proposals for competent authorities to consider when amending and improving mechanisms and policies to support cooperative development in the new context.

The conference will be held in a democratic, transparent, and practical manner, avoiding formality or unnecessary display.

Cooperatives attending the event may present their concerns directly to the Provincial People’s Committee for review and resolution or referral to relevant departments and agencies.

Following the conference, issues raised by the collective economy sector will be promptly addressed in accordance with legal regulations.

Departments and sectors will implement follow-up actions based on the conclusions of the conference chair to ensure effective and timely results.
