QUẢNG NGÃI — Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Công Hoàng on Friday (November 28) chaired a meeting with departments, agencies and localities to review preparations for the groundbreaking of key projects set to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.
According to the Department of Construction, three projects planned for groundbreaking on December 19ᵗʰ 2025 have now essentially met all required conditions.
They include the Hòa Phát Dung Quất railway rail and special steel production project; the wastewater and stormwater collection and treatment system for southern Quảng Ngãi City in the downstream Trà Khúc River basin; and the upgrading and expansion of transport infrastructure in the Dung Quất Economic Zone.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Hoàng requested investors to continue thoroughly reviewing and completing all necessary procedures to ensure that all three projects can commence simultaneously on December 19ᵗʰ 2025 as scheduled.
He assigned the Department of Construction to finalise the Plan for the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the projects celebrating the 14th National Party Congress, stressing the need for strong security and safety measures.
The department was also tasked with selecting the main venue and relay sites, ensuring appropriate ground conditions and compliance with organisational requirements.
Hoàng urged project investors to expedite paperwork in accordance with legal regulations and to carry out all tasks with determination.
All preparatory work must be fully completed to guarantee an on-schedule and well-organised groundbreaking.
Departments, agencies and localities were asked to maintain close coordination, promptly remove obstacles and ensure all necessary conditions for the projects to be launched safely, solemnly and effectively.
