Program of medical examination, health consultation and free medicine distribution for the poor

Recently, the Quang Ngai provincial Red Cross Association in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Association and local authorities organized a program of medical examination, health consultation and free medicine distribution for the poor in Ba Xa commune, Ba To district. 
Accordingly, the delegation implemented a chain of meaningful activities, including providing health advice and free medicine for the people and gave 500 gifts to disadvantaged people in Ba Xa.
On this occasion, the delegation donated money to construct 02 compassion houses worth of 100 million VND for 02 disadvantaged households in Tra Bong and Ba To districts; and awarded 30 scholarships worth 30 million VND for Tran Quang Dieu School, Mo Duc district.
It is known that the program is a part of the activity chain launched by the HCMC Red Cross Association and sponsors to help people affected by natural disasters in 02 provinces of Quang Nam and Quang Ngai in 2022, with a total value of up to 01 billion VND.
