The Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 3521/UBND-KTTH, directing the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 2074/QD-TTg dated September 17, 2025, approving the national project on developing an enterprise database.
Under the directive, provincial departments, agencies, and local People’s Committees are required to implement the tasks outlined in Decision No. 2074/QD-TTg, and, based on their assigned functions and responsibilities, develop and integrate sectoral databases to ensure connectivity and interoperability with the national enterprise database for the 2025–2030 period.
The Department of Finance has been tasked with coordinating with relevant units of the Ministry of Finance and other ministries and agencies in developing and expanding the enterprise database in accordance with central government guidance.
The Department of Science and Technology will lead efforts to ensure digital infrastructure, network connectivity, and data integration between national, sectoral, and enterprise databases.
It will also coordinate the integration of data on intellectual property, innovation, and startups into the enterprise database.
In collaboration with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant agencies, the Department of Science and Technology will also implement training and development programs for information technology personnel—particularly specialists in data analytics, data science, cybersecurity, and data protection—during the 2025–2030 period.
