Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Công Hoàng conducted a field inspection of the project on September 19, together with representatives of relevant departments, agencies and local authorities.
During the inspection, he asked the project investor to closely coordinate with relevant agencies and local authorities to resolve difficulties related to compensation and site clearance.
Contractors were instructed to mobilize maximum personnel and equipment and organize construction, ensuring construction quality and project progress.
As reported by the investor, 80.5 per cent of the project’s route length has been handed over.
The completed work value has reached VNĐ222 billion, equivalent to 54.3 per cent of the contract value.
The project’s assigned capital for 2026 totals VNĐ110 billion. Disbursement has reached VNĐ103.4 billion, or 94 per cent of the annual plan, while cumulative disbursement since the project's inception stands at 91 per cent of the allocated capital plan.
Vice Chairman Nguyễn Công Hoàng asked Trương Quang Trọng Ward to urgently implement its assigned tasks and make every effort to hand over all remaining obstructed site areas before September 30.

Thọ Phong Commune was requested to promptly complete compensation plan approvals and verify the legal origins of land belonging to the remaining affected households to facilitate early site handover.
The provincial Land Fund Development Center was instructed to complete relevant legal procedures and publicly post compensation plans in accordance with regulations.
The Vice Chairman also called on local authorities to strengthen communication and public outreach to build consensus among residents during project implementation.
He requested relevant agencies and localities to closely coordinate in resolving difficulties and ensuring the project’s construction progress and quality.
