The Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee announces and presents personnel appointment decisions
QUẢNG NGÃI– The Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee has announced and presented personnel appointment decisions involving four officials to strengthen leadership and management across several provincial agencies.
The announcement ceremony was held on October 30, chaired by Nguyễn Đức Tâm, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.
Under the decisions, Nguyễn Quốc Việt, member of the Provincial Party Committee and former Chief of the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee, was transferred and appointed Deputy Head of the Authority of Dung Quất Economic Zone and Provincial Industrial Parks for a five-year term, from November 2, 2026 to November 2, 2031.
Trần Hoài Thu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Sơn Tây Thượng Commune for the 2026-2031 term, was appointed Chief of the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee for the same five-year period.
Meanwhile, Võ Minh Vương, former Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, was transferred and appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, also for a five-year term starting from November 2, 2026.

Phạm Nhật Vũ, Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Centre, was assigned to serve as Acting Director of the centre from November 2, 2026 until the competent authorities complete the appointment of a permanent director.
Speaking at the ceremony, Tâm congratulated the officials on their new assignments and acknowledged their professional experience, capabilities and contributions during their previous tenures.
He urged them to quickly take up their new responsibilities, proactively address outstanding issues and ensure continuity in leadership and administration, without delays or interruptions during the handover process.
He also called on the newly appointed officials to take responsibility for resolving difficulties within their respective agencies, promptly propose solutions within their authority and avoid shifting responsibility.
The provincial leader expressed his expectation that the officials would bring their experience and initiative to their new positions and effectively fulfil their assigned tasks, contributing to the overall performance of the provincial administration.

On behalf of the officials receiving new assignments, Nguyễn Quốc Việt thanked the provincial leaders for their trust and pledged to uphold responsibility, strengthen internal solidarity and work with colleagues to fulfil the tasks entrusted to them.
