Vice Chairman Trần Phước Hiền confirms to create favor conditions for investors

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Trần Phước Hiền affirmed that Quảng Ngãi would continue accompanying investors and creating favorable conditions for energy projects, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

For projects that meet the requirements and have sufficient legal grounds for investment policy adjustments, he asked relevant agencies to review the dossiers and advise on appropriate solutions in accordance with regulations.

After the competent authorities approve the adjustments, investors must fulfill their deposit obligations and mobilize resources to implement the projects according to schedule.

Regarding investor selection, Vice Chairman Trần Phước Hiền requested relevant agencies to carefully assess implementation capacity, prioritizing investors with experience in the energy sector, sufficient financial resources and the ability to ensure project progress.

He also urged departments and agencies to proactively review and definitively address outstanding difficulties in accordance with regulations, contributing to accelerating energy project implementation across the province.
