She emphasized that the events carry important political and cultural significance, helping strengthen national unity, preserve traditional cultural values and promote Quảng Ngãi’s people and image. Relevant departments and localities were urged to finalize plans, programs and task assignments to ensure coordinated and effective implementation.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism was asked to carefully review event content, schedules and venues, ensuring that cultural and culinary presentations are well prepared and include explanations of the cultural identities of different ethnic groups.

The education sector and local authorities should organize activities for students and youth to explore cultural heritage across both the eastern and western parts of the province.

Communication efforts should be intensified at public offices and residential areas. Organizers were also asked to mobilize quality OCOP products and local specialties for display, while ensuring public security, traffic safety, healthcare and food safety.

Local authorities should improve public spaces, environmental sanitation, lighting and landscapes around event venues.
