On September 16, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee Y Ngọc, Head of Party Committee Group No. 7, worked with the Standing Committee of the East Trà Bồng Commune Party Committee to review the implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development, and national defense and security during the first nine months of 2026 and key tasks for the remaining months of the year.

Over the past nine months, East Trà Bồng Commune has focused on stabilizing its organizational structure and leadership following the administrative restructuring. Party building and the political system have been strengthened.
The local economy has continued to improve. Production value reached about 89.7 per cent of the annual target, up 10.9 per cent year-on-year. Agriculture, forestry and fisheries grew by 6.5 per cent, while industry and construction expanded by 8.5 per cent and trade and services 14 per cent.
State budget revenue totaled nearly VNĐ131 billion as of September 11, reaching 173.08 per cent of the estimate assigned by the province and commune-level People’s Council.

Agricultural, forestry and fishery production remained stable, with grain output reaching 101.1 per cent of the annual target.
The commune currently has 172 business households, four cooperatives and four OCOP products.
Culture, education, healthcare and social welfare were maintained, while national defense, security and social order remained stable.
For the remaining months of 2026, East Trà Bồng Commune will focus on achieving its annual socio-economic targets, accelerating public investment disbursement, developing a roadmap for new-style rural area criteria, preventing crop and livestock diseases, completing production-forest planting targets, preparing for the 2026–2027 Winter-Spring crop, and implementing poverty reduction and social welfare policies.
Concluding the meeting, Standing Vice Chairwoman Y Ngọc acknowledged the commune’s efforts and requested it to address shortcomings and strive to achieve the highest possible results for 2026.

She asked the commune to strengthen Party building and the political system, develop qualified personnel, make effective use of local potential and advantages, and effectively implement national target programs and new-style rural development criteria.
The commune was also requested to promptly address overdue administrative dossiers, accelerate administrative reform and digital transformation, and step up the application of information technology in management and administration.
The Vice Chairwoman further requested the commune to effectively implement social welfare, poverty reduction, healthcare, cultural and educational policies, and maintain national defense, security and social order, while promptly addressing issues arising at the grassroots level.
