Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 358/UBND-NC regarding organization of a scientific seminar to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Ba To Uprising (March 11, 1945 - 2025).
The PPC’s Chairman assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the People's Committee of Ba To District and the Department of Information and Communications to prepare a detailed plan for the activities, including: inauguration of the Digital Library, planting trees and visiting the Ba To Museum, preparing the presentations at the Seminar, and organizing an exhibition about the Ba To uprising.
Meanwhile, the Department of Health will implement food safety work, prepare human resources, materials and other necessary conditions to ensure emergency care and treatment for delegates attending the Seminar.
Ba To District People's Committee shall coordinate with the Organizing Board in organizing the Seminar and sideline activities, exhibition of books, pictures and displays of OCOP products.
The district should mobilize cadres and local people to clean the district’s environment and the martyrs' cemetery, the Ba To uprising monument, and the road leading to the seminar location.
