On February 26, Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to review press work in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.

In 2024, most of the press agencies continued to pioneer in disseminating information about guidelines of the Party and policies and laws of the State, as well as the province’s achievements, major events, anniversary celebrations and the campaign “Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example”.
The press has played an important role in the fight against corruption, waste, and distorted opinions and arguments.
The press operation has basically created positive effects on the society and driven the political thought and public opinion, helping consolidate public confidence in the Party’s leadership, the State’s management and the country’s development.
In particular, the press has informed and propagated the main and key contents in the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee.
In 2025, the press agencies will continue to propagate the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Committee Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020 – 2025.
Additionally, it will propagate resolutions, directives, conclusions, regulations, decisions of the 13th Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat and those of the 20th Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued in 2025, focusing on the Party Congresses at all levels for the term 2025 – 2030 and the 21st Provincial Party Congress towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Concluding the conference, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Vo Thanh An emphasized that in 2025, the press will continue to have the opportunities. However, they will face the challenges as well. He requested press agencies to constantly innovate, improve quality, and focus on solving existing problems in the press field, from press economics to digital transformation.
An urged the press agencies to make more contributions to creating unanimity and strengthening determination of the entire Party and people in implementing Party policies and government measures to stabilise macro-economy, foster investment, business and production activities, and solve urgent social problems.
On this occasion, five collectives and 15 individuals were honored to receive Certificates of Merit from the PPC’s Chairman for their positive contributions to the information and propaganda work in 2024.
