QUẢNG NGÃI — Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Trần Phước Hiền chaired a meeting on September 22 to review investment proposals for two projects: the Hải Âu Quảng Ngãi 4S Automotive Service Centre and the Bình Minh Quảng Ngãi Product Exhibition and Service Centre.
The meeting brought together leaders of relevant provincial departments, agencies and localities.
According to a report by the provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Centre, the Hải Âu Quảng Ngãi 4S Automotive Service Centre was proposed by Hải Âu Trading and Finance Company Limited, with an estimated investment of VNĐ35–40 billion and a land requirement of approximately 2 hectares.
The project is expected to include a showroom for automobiles, transport equipment and construction machinery, along with repair, maintenance, warranty, spare parts and customer care services.
The Bình Minh Quảng Ngãi Product Exhibition and Service Centre was proposed by Bình Minh Forklift Company Limited, with an estimated investment of VNĐ35–40 billion and a land requirement of approximately 1.5 hectares.
The proposed centre would feature HELI forklifts manufactured by Anhui Heli Group of China, as well as forklifts, excavators and construction machinery from Japan’s Kobelco.
Following field surveys and a review of local planning and socio-economic development orientations, the investors proposed Tư Nghĩa Commune as the location for the projects.

He also requested that the investors reconsider the proposed project scale to ensure its suitability.
The investors were instructed to work closely with the Department of Construction to finalise plans concerning project locations, scale and other related matters, ensuring that the projects comply with local planning and development orientations and deliver practical results.
