The Quảng Ngãi Provincial Steering Committee for the “All People Protecting National Security” movement has issued Plan No. 7907/KH-BCĐ to promote the movement in cyberspace during 2026–2030.

The plan aims to strengthen implementation of Directive No. 03/CT-UBND and mobilize the entire political system, relevant agencies and the public to help maintain security and order online.
The province targets 100 per cent of provincial-level steering committee member agencies and all commune-level localities establishing and safely operating at least one official social media page, such as a Facebook Fanpage or Zalo Official Account, to disseminate information, engage with residents and guide public opinion.
By the end of 2027, all communes, wards and special zones are expected to establish and effectively maintain at least one officially recognized model for protecting national security in cyberspace, prioritizing safe online communities and proactive communication to guide public opinion.
All agencies, organizations, businesses and educational institutions must also issue and strictly implement regulations on information security, the protection of state secrets and appropriate social media conduct for officials, Party members, employees and students.
