Ethnic groups in Quang Ngai province promote advantages and potentials

With the theme "Ethnic groups in Quang Ngai province unite, innovate, be creative; promote advantages and potentials; integrate and sustainably develop", the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minority Representatives of Quang Ngai province in 2024 will take place for two days from 29 to 30 November 2024 at the Provincial Labor Culture House. 250 official delegates representing about 200,000 people of 30 ethnic minorities living in the province will attend the Congress.

This is an event of political and social significance for all classes of people and ethnic minorities in the province. It aims to summarize and evaluate the achievements and results of ethnic affairs and the implementation of ethnic policies by Party committees and authorities in the province during the 2019-2024 term. The Congress will also build directions, goals, tasks and solutions to implement the Resolution of the 4th Congress – 2024, as well as honour and praise the great contributions of ethnic minorities in poverty reduction, new rural development, infrastructure development, in the cause of national construction and defence.

In addition, the Congress is a forum for exchange, discussion, creating consensus and strengthening the firm belief of ethnic groups in the leadership of the Party and State, arousing national pride, self-reliance, determination to unite together to build and defend the Fatherland, creating an atmosphere of vibrant emulation, promoting socio-economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, preserving and promoting ethnic cultural identities, ensuring national defense and security, building Quang Ngai province to become increasingly prosperous and beautiful.
