Mo Duc district recognized as meeting new rural standards

Mo Duc district has achieved the criteria of a new rural district, which has been confirmed by relevant departments and sectors of the province. 100% of communes in the district (12/12 communes) have been recognized as meeting new rural standards.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Tran Phuoc Hien, chaired a meeting to discuss and vote on recognizing Mo Duc district as meeting new rural standards in 2023.

All 12 communes in the district have met the criteria, with three communes meeting advanced standards.

The average income per capita is over 52 million VND per year.

The Steering Committee unanimously agreed to propose recognizing Mo Duc district as meeting new rural standards in 2023.

Vice Chairman Tran Phuoc Hien praised Mo Duc district for their progress in building new rural areas.

He urged them to maintain and improve criteria quality, enhance the lives of rural people, and ensure a clean and beautiful environment.

The Vice Chairman assigned departments to help Mo Duc complete the necessary paperwork and seek recognition as meeting new rural standards.
