On March 9, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Hoang Giang, inspected the preparations for two significant upcoming events: the 80th Anniversary of the Ba To Uprising (March 11, 1945 - March 11, 2025) and the 50th Anniversary of Quang Ngai Liberation Day (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025). The inspection took place at Pham Van Dong Square in Quang Ngai City.
Representatives of the units introduced the overall diagram of the ceremony area, the layout of the seating places, and the work of ensuring security and order, fireworks locations.
Currently, the event organizer is accelerating the construction progress of the planned items to soon complete the works.
Through the inspection, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Hoang Giang, highly appreciated the close coordination of relevant units and Quang Ngai City leaders.
The Chairman asked the event organizer to closely coordinate with relevant units to ensure absolute safety.
He asked the city authorities on March 11, 2025 to clean the Square area, and the event organizers must focus on checking electrical equipment to prevent power outages.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Hoang Giang, emphasized that the 80th anniversary of the Ba To Uprising and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Quang Ngai province are particularly important events of the province in 2025, all work must therefore be carefully prepared to ensure the success of this important event.
