Provincial leaders offered flowers and gave incense to the martyrs’ monument.
The delegates paid a moment of silence to remember and pay tribute to the martyrs who devoted their lives to the independence and freedom of the nation.
Delegates went to burn incense for each of the martyrs' graves in the cemetery.
