For mineral resource management, the Department recommended a software solution to monitor river sand mining activities.

Regarding land data systems, the Department has worked closely with the Department of Digital Transformation and Environmental Data and the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06) to confirm the connection of Quang Ngai’s land database with the National Population Database for the eight localities with completed land data systems.

For the remaining five districts yet to implement land data systems, the Provincial Land Registration Office and its district branches are currently organizing, categorizing, and digitizing records in line with the province’s roadmap.

He instructed the Department to submit a proposal for approval by the Provincial People’s Committee, aiming for implementation across all licensed sand mining sites starting from June 1, 2025.

Regarding the land database, for the eight localities already included in the “Enhanced Land Governance and Database” project, the Vice Chairman directed the DOAE to coordinate with the Provincial Police to actively engage with central authorities and ensure full integration with the National Population Database.

In addition, the Department is tasked with expediting the digitization of land use right certificates for households, individuals, and organizations, and completing the construction of a comprehensive provincial land database by June 30, 2025.
