To attract investment in social housing projects in the province and meet the tasks set by the Prime Minister, a Resolution is needed to support the implementation of these projects.
Vice Chairman Tran Phuoc Hien has instructed the Department of Construction to gather feedback from relevant departments and finalize the draft Resolution to ensure legality and feasibility.
It is suggested to study other provinces in the region, consider using residential land for infrastructure in commercial housing projects to promote social housing investment, and allocate resources properly for each stage of the Resolution's implementation.
