The delegation of Quang Ngai province, led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vo Phien, had a working trip to Türkiye from November 14 to 17 and worked with two cities, Adana and Istanbul.
On November 15, Mustafa Yiğit, Deputy Governor of Adana province, Türkiye, and leaders of Adana’s departments welcomed and worked with Quang Ngai province’s working delegation.
Vietnamese Ambassador to Türkiye Do Son Hai also attended the working session.
Leaders of the two provinces had specific discussions on the cooperation potential between Adana and Quang Ngai, and the cooperation orientation in the fields of economy and trade.
On this occasion, Vo Phien sent an invitation to the leaders and businesses of Adana province to visit and survey investment oppotunities in Quang Ngai province.
At the meeting, Ambassador Do Son Hai emphasized that the working visit of Quang Ngai delegation demonstrated the province's connection and desire to strengthen cooperation with Turkish partners.
The Ambassador believed that through the visit, Adana, Quang Ngai and other localities of the two provinces will continue to promote cooperation, creating a good environment for businesses of the two countries.
On the same day, Adana’s Deputy Governor Mustafa Yiğit, Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, Vo Phien, and Ambassador Do Son Hai witnessed the signing ceremony of the Letter of Intent on enhancing economic, trade, and investment cooperation between the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ngai province and the Department of Industry and Technology of Adana.
The Letter of Intent would be a good basis for agencies and businesses of both sides to further explore opportunities and cooperation in the coming time.
On the occasion of the working trip, the Quang Ngai provincial working delegation visited and worked with a number of enterprises of Adana.
