According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the four projects cover more than 160 hectares, with total investment exceeding VNĐ377 billion. Although investors have completed several major components, some projects face land-related issues, delays in land use and investment procedures.
At the Integrated Organic Farm Project, which produces cold-climate vegetables and fruit for export alongside livestock farming, most cultivation areas and farm infrastructure have been completed across 89.02 hectares. However, the planned 15.22-hectare pig farm no longer aligns with the general master plan and may pose environmental risks. The department has therefore proposed converting this area to agricultural production.
The Măng Đen Ecotourism Villa Project has completed all four functional subdivisions (K1, K2, K3 and K4) but remains behind its extended schedule. The provincial government has directed relevant agencies to address the investor’s land-related difficulties.
The projects invested in by Hoàng Tùng Company Limited and Saigon Măng Đen Joint Stock Company have partially completed their planned components but have delayed putting land into use by more than 24 months. The Saigon Măng Đen project also lacks an investment certificate and is inconsistent with the general master plan.

Vice Chairman Đỗ Tâm Hiển reaffirmed the province’s commitment to supporting investors and facilitating their operations. He urged departments and local authorities to promptly clarify the causes of delays and propose solutions in accordance with regulations, while guiding businesses in adjusting their projects to comply with legal requirements and planning.
He also called on investors to mobilize resources and ensure project progress, and asked Măng Đen Commune authorities to strengthen land management and create a favorable business environment to attract investment.
