During the working program in Kon Tum province, on the morning of April 15, the working delegation of Quang Ngai province led by Provincial Party Secretary Bui Thi Quynh Van offered incense at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs of Kon Plong district, Kon Tum province.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Dang Ngoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of provincial departments and sectors attended the visit.

Leaders of Quang Ngai and Kon Tum provinces and delegates offered incense, paid tribute and commemorated the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
After the incense offering ceremony at the Memorial, the leaders of the two provinces respectfully burned incense on the graves of martyrs.
