Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Võ Phiên, on May 13, chaired a meeting on the progress of land use fee collection for projects in the province.

In 2025, the revenue from land use rights auctions and land use fees for 16 projects with land use fees collection will be VNĐ1,000 billion.
According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, of the 14 projects assigned to the Center to organize auctions and collect land use fees in 2025, so far, five out of 14 projects have ensured the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.

The remaining projects and two projects invested by the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Management Board are behind the schedule assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Võ Phiên, requested relevant agencies and units to closely follow the plan of the Provincial People's Committee and implement the work of land use fees collection assigned by the Provincial People's Committee, ensuring the set plan.
The PPC’s Vice Chairman also requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with relevant departments, sectors, and localities to organize auctions for eligible state-owned houses, striving to collect land use fees at the highest level in 2025.
