Simultaneous ceremonies took place in Quảng Ngãi province at T50 Hall (Quảng Ngãi City), Đức Phổ Town Cultural House, and the People’s Committee Hall of Phổ Khánh Commune—his hometown.
Born on May 5, 1937, in Phổ Khánh Commune, Đức Phổ Districtnow Đức Phổ Town, Quảng Ngãi Province, Trần Đức Lương dedicated over 50 years to revolutionary service. He was honored with the Gold Star Order, a 65-year Party Membership Badge, and numerous prestigious awards.
At the National Funeral Hall, a delegation from Quảng Ngãi Province, led by Ms. Bùi Thị Quỳnh Vân, Party Central Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary, paid tribute and offered condolences to the family.
In Quảng Ngãi, local leaders, veteran revolutionaries, retired officials, and residents gathered to honor the former President—a devoted leader and proud son of the province.
Ceremonies in Phổ Khánh Commune drew many citizens who expressed deep respect and gratitude for his lifelong contributions to the nation and enduring affection for his homeland.
That afternoon, a delegation from Kon Tum Province, headed by Dương Văn Trang, Party Central Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary, also paid their respects at T50 Hall, Quảng Ngãi.
