On the morning of August 31, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnamese Front Committee held a ceremony to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs’ Cemetery on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of Quang Ngai Province Liberation Day.

Attending the ceremony were Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Thi Quynh Van; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Dang Ngoc Huy; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, sectors, unions, armed forces; leaders of Quang Ngai city and Tu Nghia district.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates placed wreaths, offered incense, and saved a moment of silence to pay tribute to the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who fought bravely and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
After the ceremony, the delegates visited and offered incense at the graves of the martyrs.
