The PPC’s Vice Chairman Vo Phien attends the conference of the Provincial Business Association

On March 26, the Provincial Business Association held a conference to deploy activities in 2025.

Attending the conference were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien, representatives of departments, sectors and businesses in the province.

The Provincial Business Association (Association) currently has 301 members. In recent times, the Association has promoted its activities. Especially, they have supported businesses to maintain, stabilize and promote production and business development.

The Association regularly updates central and provincial policies and guidelines for member businesses, connects member businesses to participate in investment promotion activities, programs, and trade events, and carries out social security work.

The Association has shown its role as a bridge between the business community and local authorities, receiving and reflecting business recommendations, contributing to removing difficulties for businesses.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien acknowledged and commended the important contributions of enterprises and entrepreneurs to the socio-economic development of the province in recent times.

Phien emphasized that in order to achieve the province's economic growth target of 8.5 per cent in 2025, it is necessary to have high determination and great efforts from all levels, sectors, business community and people of the province.

The province will continue to strongly improve the business investment environment and create favorable conditions for business development, such as reforming administrative procedures, supporting access to necessary resources, promoting science and technology, innovation and digital transformation, helping businesses optimize production activities, Phien added.

The PPC’s Vice Chairman requested the Provincial Business Association to continue to promote its role, accompany businesses, organize many practical activities, help businesses overcome challenges and develop sustainably, contributing to promoting the province's economy in the coming time.

At the conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Dinh Thien, Member of the National Monetary and Financial Policy Advisory Council, reported on the topic "Vietnam's economy in the new era: Prospects and Challenges".
