The 13th Provincial People’s Council held its 32nd session to review and approve draft resolutions on socio-economic development tasks.
Chairwoman Bui Thi Quynh Van and Vice Chairman Nguyen Cao Phuc led the session, with key officials and 47 delegates in attendance.
The session discussed and approved some Resolutions, such as stopping investment in certain projects, adjusting the budget, supporting social housing construction, and providing aid to Lao students.
In her concluding speech, the Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council highlighted the resolutions passed at the 32nd session.
She urged the Provincial People’s Committee to act quickly on the resolutions and called for active participation from all levels, sectors, and the public.
Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Bui Thi Quynh Van, emphasized the importance of all levels, officials, party members, civil servants, public employees, and provincial staffs in thoroughly understanding and urgently implementing the directives of the Central Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
She urged a strong focus on executing political tasks to avoid disruptions and ensure smooth operations, particularly in handling administrative procedures for citizens and businesses.
It is crucial to meet the assigned targets and objectives for 2025.
Additionally, officials are encouraged to proactively review and develop plans for the arrangement, merger, and reorganization of grassroots administrative units, as well as the structure of the Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass associations as specified by the Party and State at both provincial and district levels.
