The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 2186/UBND-KTTH to implement the Prime Minister’s Directive No. 10/CT-TTg dated March 25, 2025, on promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Local agencies and authorities are instructed to strictly implement and effectively carry out the directive, while continuing efforts under national resolutions and provincial policies supporting the private sector and SMEs.
Key priorities include administrative reform, removing barriers for businesses, and accelerating investment procedures.
The province aims to reduce at least 30 per cent of administrative processing time and compliance costs in 2025, while eliminating unnecessary business conditions.
The government will also focus on post-inspection mechanisms, digital transformation, and improving public services for easier business access.
Efforts will be made to expedite public investment disbursement—targeting over 95 per cent completion in 2025—especially for strategic and urgent infrastructure projects.
Plans are underway to attract major corporations to drive regional development and SME investment.
Additionally, initiatives will support SMEs in human resource development, digital transformation, productivity enhancement, and brand building.
The Department of Finance will coordinate the formulation of an implementation plan tailored to local conditions upon the release of relevant national regulations.
