Quảng Ngãi to mobilize more than 2,000 staff for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam

On May 8, the People's Committee of Quảng Ngãi province held a meeting of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Võ Phiên, Head of the Steering Committee, chaired the meeting.

It is expected that there will be 14,536 candidates taking the 2025 high school graduation exam. Among these, 14,183 candidates will take the exam under the 2018 General Education Program, and 353 candidates will take the exam under the 2006 General Education Program.

The whole province will have 36 examination sites, including one site for candidates taking the 2006 General Education Program., 35 other examination sites are for candidates taking the 2018 General Education Program

There will be 670 exam rooms, 40 waiting rooms, and 40 spare rooms.

Around 2,300 managers, teachers, and staff  in Quảng Ngãi will be mobilized for this Exam.

According to the schedule of the Ministry of Education and Training, this High School Graduation Exam will take place from June 24 to June 27, 2025.

In his speech, Vice Chairman of Quảng Ngãi Provincial People's Committee Võ Phiên requested that the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam at the provincial and district levels seriously grasp the documents, directives, instructions, and plans of the Ministry of Education and Training.

In particular, it is necessary to strengthen communication and guidance for parents and students to understand the new points and new contents of the Exam.

In addition, they must review and ensure adequate facilities, technical equipment, electricity and water supply at exam sites. The People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, agencies and units are requested to strengthen coordination in organization work, ensuring that the Exam will take place seriously, safely, and successfully.

The Youth Union is requested to organize volunteer teams to support students taking part in the Exam, especially those with disabilities, from remote areas, and areas with difficult transportation.

They should strengthen inter-sectoral coordination between police, health, electricity, and provincial youth unions, ensuring security and order, traffic regulation, prevention of fires, food safety and hygiene, and health care at the exam sites, Phiên added.
