QUẢNG NGÃI — The Standing Board of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial Party Committee held a conference on October 22 to announce decisions on personnel appointments.
At the conference, Lữ Ngọc Bình, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organisation Commission, announced Decision No. 98-QĐ/TU dated October 20, 2025, of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee on the reassignment of Đinh Quốc Tuấn.
Under the decision, Tuấn will step down from the positions of member of the Executive Committee and Standing Board of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee, and from his post as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, to take up a new assignment at the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
He has been nominated for the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024–2029 tenure and recommended to be elected as Chairman of the Provincial Labour Federation for the 2023–2028 term.
The reassignment will take effect on November 1, 2025.
Bình also announced Decision No. 97-QĐ/TU of the Standing Board on the appointment of Phạm Xuân Duệ, member of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee and Director of the Department of Finance.
Duệ has been assigned to work at the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee, appointed to the Standing Board, and designated as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2025–2030 tenure.
He has also been appointed Member and Head of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee, effective from November 1, 2025.
On behalf of the provincial leadership, Deputy Secretary Nguyễn Đức Tuy presented the decisions and congratulated the two officials on their new assignments.
He emphasized that in the coming time, the provincial political system will face a heavy workload.
Therefore, coordination between the authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organisations is essential to successfully fulfill the targets set by the 1st Congress of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 tenure.
Tuy expressed his confidence that with their experience, competence, and dedication, the two officials will continue to uphold their integrity, sense of responsibility, and leadership to excellently accomplish the tasks entrusted to them.
