On the morning of October 15, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Hoàng Giang chaired a meeting to review and provide opinions on several provincial matters. Vice Chairpersons Y Ngọc, Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm, and Nguyễn Công Hoàng, along with the PPC’s Members and representatives from relevant departments, attended the meeting.
According to a report by Director of the Department of Finance Phạm Xuân Duệ, the draft Decision outlines expenditure tasks and proposed support levels for commune-level administrative units undergoing reorganization in 2025, based on central funding and the province’s budget capacity.
After listening to opinions, Chairman Nguyễn Hoàng Giang directed the Department of Finance to coordinate with relevant agencies to finalize the draft Decision and promptly submit it for issuance.
The Decision will serve as a legal basis for budgeting, management, and settlement of funds for the administrative unit reorganization process across the province, he stressed.
Regarding the proposal to supplement funding for road traffic safety infrastructure, Director of the Department of Construction, Nguyễn Phúc Nhân, emphasized its urgency to protect lives and property, enhance economic connectivity after the administrative merger, and ensure safe transportation.

Chairman Nguyễn Hoàng Giang requested the Department of Construction, in coordination with the Department of Finance and related units, to agree on funding sources and submit them to the Provincial People’s Committee for review and decision according to regulations.
