Quảng Ngãi to convene fifth thematic session of the 13th Provincial People’s Council on October 24

QUẢNG NGÃI — The Standing Committee of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Council has issued Decision No. 26/QĐ-HĐND to convene the fifth session (thematic meeting) of the 13th Provincial People’s Council, 2021–2026 tenure.

The session will open at 7:30 a.m. on October 24, 2025, at Meeting Room C, 3rd Floor, Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee Hall, to review and decide on several matters under its authority.

At this meeting, the Provincial People’s Committee will submit proposals for the Provincial People’s Council to consider and adopt resolutions on the following key issues:

Regulations on the collection rates, payment, management and use of fees for exploiting and using land data not yet included in the national land information system in Quảng Ngãi Province.

Regulations on travel and conference allowances applicable in Quảng Ngãi Province.

Allocation of budgetary responsibilities for economic activities related to natural resources and environment, including management cost rates and spending norms for environmental projects funded by the local budget.

Approval of the list of land plots (Phase 5) to be tendered for investment projects using land in Quảng Ngãi Province.

Policies supporting postgraduate training for civil servants and public employees selected for domestic and overseas study programs.

Policy on conversion of forest land use purposes as proposed by the Provincial People’s Committee in Submission Paper No. 05/TTr-UBND dated October 8, 2025.

One-time allowance policy for individuals working outside the staffing quota at provincial- or district-level socio-political organizations assigned by the Party or State prior to July 1, 2025.

Regulations on the collection, payment, management, and use of work permit fees for foreign workers in Quảng Ngãi Province.

Application of regulatory resolutions currently in effect within the province.

Abolishment of outdated or superseded resolutions of the Provincial People’s Council.

The session will also hear verification reports from the Council’s Committees and will consider and vote to adopt resolutions on the matters presented by the Provincial People’s Committee.
