On July 2, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Hoàng Giang chaired an expanded meeting to review several key issues, including forest protection and development, school construction in border areas, gift policies for people with meritorious service, and Grade 10 admissions for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Regarding difficulties faced by forestry enterprises, the Chairman approved the temporary use of unallocated forest environmental service funds to support Sa Thầy, Ngọc Hồi, and Ia H'Drai Forestry One-Member Limited Liability Companies for forest management and protection activities pending additional 2026 funding. Relevant agencies were assigned to complete procedures and ensure proper fund management.
The Chairman also approved a plan for five school construction projects in border communes of Quảng Ngãi Province, covering Ia Đal, Ia Tơi, Bờ Y, Đăk Long, and Đăk Plô. The projects aim to improve learning conditions for students, with construction scheduled before September 30, 2026, and completion before August 30, 2027.

A proposal to provide in-kind gifts to war invalids and families of martyrs during major commemorative events in 2026 will be submitted to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for approval.
For Grade 10 admissions in the 2026–2027 academic year, the Chairman approved additional enrollment quotas for schools where admissions exceed targets due to equal cutoff scores, ensuring students’ rights and compliance with regulations.
