The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has recently issued Official Dispatch No. 2157/UBND-KTTH to direct the implementation of Directive No. 32/CĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister on urging the acceleration of public investment disbursement in 2025.
Accordingly, the Chairman requests that heads of provincial departments, agencies, district-level People's Committees, and project investors treat the disbursement of the 2025 public investment capital plan as one of the top political priorities.
They must focus their leadership and management efforts on its implementation and take full responsibility to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman for the disbursement results.
Leaders must closely monitor each project, identify specific bottlenecks and their causes, and directly direct solutions.
Authorities are urged to flexibly, creatively, and effectively implement measures to expedite the execution and disbursement of public investment funds and the three national target programs, as well as accelerate key projects.
The push for faster disbursement must go hand in hand with ensuring the quality of works, avoiding corruption, losses, wastefulness, and group interests.
Investors are to work closely with local authorities on compensation, support, and resettlement.
Project performance must be regularly reviewed.
Stronger coordination between departments, agencies, localities, and project investors is essential to minimize administrative delays.
The Chairman also emphasized the need to reinforce discipline and accountability in public investment disbursement.
