Accordingly, the main targets are as follows:
1. The aim is for the growth rate of gross domestic product (GRDP) to reach 8.5 per cent or higher.
2. The GRDP per capita is approximately $4,710.
3. The industrial, construction, and services sectors account for about 71-72 per cent of the GRDP.
4. Social labor productivity is expected to increase by 7.5-8.5 per cent.
5. The total investment capital implemented in the area is around VND 38,000-39,000 billion.
6. The urbanization rate is projected to reach 40 per cent.
7. The province aims to achieve and exceed the budget revenues assigned by the Central Government.
8. Six communes meet the national standards for a new rural area.
9. The proportion of agricultural workers in the overall labor force is about 30.16 per cent.
10. The percentage of trained laborers is approximately 65.94 per cent.
11. The urban unemployment rate stands at about 1.49 per cent.
12. At least 58.74 per cent of preschools, 88.67 per cent of primary schools, 91.33 per cent of junior high schools, 38.88 per cent of primary and secondary schools, and 74.36 per cent of high schools meet national standards.
13. The number of doctors per 10,000 people has reached 9.24.
14. The number of hospital beds per 10,000 people (excluding commune health stations) is 32.
15. The participation rate in health insurance has reached 95.25 per cent of the population.
16. The rate of social insurance participants within the total labor force in the relevant age group is 26.5 per cent.
17. The percentage of poor households in the province has decreased by 2.21 per cent.
18. The proportion of the urban population with access to clean water will be 90 per cent.
19. The percentage of the rural population with access to hygienic water sources will reach 100 per cent.
20. The rate of hazardous waste that is collected and treated according to standards will be 65 per cent.
21. The rate of medical waste that is treated according to standards will be 100 per cent.
22. The rate of collection and treatment of domestic solid waste in urban areas is 90 per cent.
23. The forest cover rate stands at 52 per cent.
24. Approximately 95 per cent of communes, wards, and townships meet the national defense strength standards, with around 65 per cent classified as comprehensively strong.
25. At least 80 per cent of communes, wards, townships, agencies, enterprises, and schools adhere to safety standards for security and order.
