In April, a street fashion and music festival - Carnival "Quang Ngai says hi!" will take place in Quang Ngai City with the participation of 200 professional actors and 1,000 non-professional actors.

The Carnival "Quang Ngai says hi!" has the main idea of Cultural Fusion which combines fashion and music to create a colorful, stylish and energetic event.
With 200 professional actors and 1,000 non-professional actors, the event is scheduled to start at 4:00 p.m. on April 15, 2025 on the streets of Quang Ngai City.
The main events are the Street Fashion Parade, Street Music Live Show, Flashmob, Grand Fashion & Music Festival, Cultural & Creative Experience Hub, Street food area, and the Folk painting.
This will be the first fashion and street music festival in Quang Ngai province, helping to promote local tourism, culture and economy.
The event not only creates a creative playground for young people, artists, and designers, but also contributes to promoting the image of a dynamic Quang Ngai to tourists inside and outside the province.
