She is responsible for handling and managing tasks under the authority of the Chairperson of the Provincial People's Committee (excluding personnel matters and budget management) when the Chairperson is on business trips outside the province.
She oversees the following areas:
- Healthcare
- Ethnic and religious affairs
- Education, training, and vocational education
- Culture, sports, and tourism
- Labor, war invalids, and social affairs
- Press and communications
- Family and children affairs
- Other social sectors
- Mass mobilization
- Youth affairs
- The National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas (2021–2030)
Key responsibilities:
- Head of the Steering Committee for the Advancement of Women
- Head of other relevant steering committees within her scope of responsibility
- Maintaining coordination with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial School of Politics, and related associations and liaison boards
She is tasked with:
- Directing the assessment and synthesis of reports on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual socio-economic development, national defense, and security tasks
- Overseeing the resolution and reporting of voters' petitions and questions raised by members of the Provincial People's Council
On behalf of the Chairperson, she directly supervises and directs the following departments and sectors:
- Department of Health
- Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs
- Department of Education and Training
- Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism
- Relevant public service units within her areas of responsibility (such as schools)
She also directly oversees the following localities:
- Wards and communes: Kon Tum, Dak Cam, Dak Bla, Ngok Bay, Ia Chim, Dak Ro Wa
- Communes: Dak Pxi, Dak Mar, Dak Ui, Ngok Reo (Dak Ha District)
- Ngoc Tu, Dak To, Kon Dao (Dak To District)
- Xop, Ngoc Linh, Dak Plo, Dak Pek, Dak Mon, Dak Long (Kon Plong District)
- Ba Vi, Ba To, Bo Y, Sa Loong, Dục Nong
