Ensuring preparations for the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Ethnic Minority Boarding Schools

On November 11, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committeeand Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Y Ngọc, chaired a meeting of the Steering Committee for implementing Government Resolution No. 298/NQ-CP dated September 26, 2025, on building schools for border communes.

At the meeting, Director of the Department of Education and Training Nguyễn Ngọc Thái reported on preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony, including the program script, guest list, organizational plan, and online connection arrangements. The ceremony will take place on November 16, 2025, at Dục Nông Commune (main venue) and be connected online with Mô Rai, Rờ Kơi, and Sa Loong communes.

Participants discussed implementation progress, reviewed procedures, site arrangements, and coordination among agencies to ensure timely completion of preparatory tasks. They also addressed security, guest reception, and technical readiness for online connections between venues.

Vice Chairwoman Y Ngọc emphasized the significance of building schools in border communes, contributing to improving educational conditions for ethnic minority students. She requested all units to finalize required documents, event programs, and logistics; prepare guest lists and seating plans; ensure safety and security; and maintain smooth coordination between venues so that the ceremony proceeds solemnly and safely.
