On November 10, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Hoàng Giang hosted a meeting with leaders of HD Hyundai Quảng Ngãi Company.

At the meeting, Mr. Seunghyun Choi, Executive Vice President of HD Hyundai Heavy Industries and General Director of HD Hyundai Quảng Ngãi Company, informed provincial leaders about the ongoing cooperation and transfer between Doosan Vina and Hyundai Heavy Industries. The Hyundai Group is completing legal procedures to acquire 100 per cent ownership of Doosan Enerbility Việt Nam, becoming the new owner and investor of Doosan Vina, replacing Doosan Enerbility Company.
HD Hyundai will take over all human resources, facilities, infrastructure, equipment, finances, and technology; continue existing business operations, ongoing projects, and signed contracts of Doosan Vina; and plans to strengthen investment to enhance production capacity as stated in its investment certificate.

Seunghyun Choi expressed his hope that the provincial authorities will continue to support HD Hyundai Quảng Ngãi in maintaining effective production and business operations after the Company takes over from Doosan.
