To date, the investor has completed key legal procedures, including the 1/500 planning, environmental registration, feasibility study, and land lease documents for 11.2 out of 14.79 hectares. Fire safety design approval is expected to be completed by 29 November 2025.
The project site has been largely cleared, leveled and prepared for event arrangements. Transportation, electricity and water conditions are ready to support a safe and timely groundbreaking ceremony.

He requested Hòa Phát to finalize the plan for the groundbreaking ceremony and report to the Provincial People’s Committee (via th Dung Quất Economic Zone and Quảng Ngãi Industrial Parks Department) before 25 November 2025.
Regarding the company’s proposals, the Vice Chairman emphasized that current obstacles arise from various causes and instructed departments and localities to address them in accordance with regulations.
The Dung Quất Economic Zone and Quảng Ngãi Industrial Parks Authority was assigned to continue monitoring all ongoing tasks, especially reparations for the groundbreaking ceremony, ensuring the best conditions for the event.
