On the afternoon of 16 November, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Trần Quang Phương visited and encouraged officers and soldiers of Mô Rai Border Guard Station, and met with village elders, village leaders and prestigious people in Mô Rai commune.

Attending the visit were U Huấn, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial NA Deputies’ Delegation and Chairman of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Quảng Ngãi province; Nguyễn Công Hoàng, Vice Cairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of NA agencies; and representatives of Mô Rai commune.
After hearing the Station’s report, Phương praised the responsibility and dedication of officers and soldiers in safeguarding the border, contributing to political security and social order in the area.

He requested the Mô Rai Border Guard Station to continue improving facilities, strengthening discipline and unity, enhancing border diplomacy, and maintaining close coordination with relevant forces to ensure border security.
The NA’s Vice Chairman encouraged the unit to stay closely connected with local residents, support socio-economic development, and assist people in applying digital transformation and new technologies to improve livelihoods.
On this occasion, NA’s Vice Chairman Trần Quang Phương and provincial leaders presented gifts to the officers and soldiers of Mô Rai Border Guard Station, as well as to village elders, village leaders and prestigious people. The delegation also planted commemorative trees at the station.
