The Quang Ngai Provincial Children's Support Fund was assigned to implement the Program.
The Program aims to support children with congenital facial, hand and foot defects in Quang Ngai province to receive free examination and treatment, helping them integrate with their families and the community.
The Program will also provide professional exchange and training for doctors and nurses at Quang Ngai Provincial Hospital for Children and Women to share knowledge, techniques and professional skills with domestic and foreign medical volunteers invited by ReSurge International.
The program will screen about 100-150 children with congenital defects of cleft lip, cleft palate, jaw, burn scars, etc. in Quang Ngai province and provide free surgeries of the face, hands, feet and comprehensive treatment for about 40-45 children.
Doctors and nurses of Quang Ngai Provincial Hospital for Children and Women will receive support in cooperation and exchange of expertise in reconstructive and plastic surgery.
