On June 24, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Chí Dũng chaired a nationwide online conference to develop information systems for directing, administering, and serving people and businesses, meeting the requirements of the new administrative model.

At the Conference, the Ministry of Science and Technology reported on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution No. 71/NQ-CP of the Government.
The Ministry of Public Security has implemented Plan No. 02-KH/BCDTW of the Central Steering Committee on scientific and technological development, innovation, and digital transformation.
Representatives of central and local departments, ministries, and sectors also reported on the implementation progress of assigned tasks and proposed issues related to the implementation of information systems.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Chí Dũng acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility and efforts of ministries, sectors, and localities in completing assigned work and requested them to urgently complete and fully arrange infrastructure to deploy information systems to ensure smoothness and effectiveness.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of synchronous deployment of information systems in digital transformation, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of management, administration, and service to people and businesses in the new era.
Dũng requested ministries, sectors, and localities to closely coordinate with businesses to arrange sufficient infrastructure and terminal equipment, ensuring smooth operation and safe information technology systems.
Localities must use a single shared software in the whole province after the arrangement and merger, the Deputy Prime Minister added.
In addition, he asked ministries, sectors, and localities to announce all administrative procedures on June 25, 2025 at the latest.
Localities must publicize the head office address and the list of administrative procedures at the provincial and commune-level public service centers before June 25, 2025.
Relevant ministries and sectors must also adjust the system to provide full-process online public services on the National Public Service Portal before June 30, 2025.
