On July 25, in commemoration of the 78th War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025), leaders of the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Quảng Ngãi Province held a solemn incense-offering ceremony at the provincial Martyrs’ Cemetery and Memorial House in Đăk Cấm Ward.
Attending the ceremony were former Member of the Party Central Committee and former Secretary of the Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee Y Vêng, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Hoàng Giang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Nguyễn Cao Phúc, and Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Y Thị Bích Thọ.
Also in attendance were leaders of provincial departments, Đăk Cấm and Kon Tum wards, armed forces, youth union members, and local people.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the provincial leaders and participants offered incense and flowers at the Martyrs’ Monument and Memorial House, expressing deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the nation and the happiness of the people.
Following the incense ceremony, delegates observed a moment of silence and lit incense at individual graves to honor the martyrs’ contributions.
