On August 14, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee, Y Ngọc, chaired a meeting of the Organizing Committee for the First Quảng Ngãi Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025–2030).

According to Võ Anh Tuấn, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, the Congress is scheduled for August 25, 2025, at the Provincial Conference and Exhibition Center, with the participation of more than 520 delegates.

The event will review the results of patriotic emulation movements and commendation work for the 2020–2025 period, honor outstanding collectives and individuals in patriotic emulation, and launch the emulation movement for 2025–2030.
Preparations include compiling the book “Quảng Ngãi – 5 years of Patriotic Emulation (2020–2025)”, producing a documentary on emulation achievements, creating videos highlighting exemplary role models, organizing publicity activities, developing the event script, and selecting images for display featuring the province’s socio-economic, defense, and security achievements.
Plans also include an exhibition area showcasing typical rural industrial products, OCOP products, and provincial typical goods.
At the meeting, representatives of the Organizing Committee and subcommittees discussed and agreed on key preparations, focusing on finalizing the program, protocol, and logistics, stage and decoration designs, banners and slogans reflecting the event’s theme, and a cultural performance program.

She asked to finalize invitations, program details, delegate numbers, and ensure logistical arrangements. Publicity efforts should highlight the province’s major socio-economic achievements, with banners and slogans displayed at public venues following regulations.
She also stressed the need to promptly complete the documentary and to have comprehensive plans for security, fire prevention, and traffic safety.
