The People’s Committee of Quang Ngai Province has officially submitted a document to the Ministry of Science and Technology, registering its monthly targets for the rate of end-to-end online public service applications in 2025.
This proactive step reflects the province’s strong commitment to advancing administrative reform and building an efficient and cohesive digital government.
According to the registered plan, Quang Ngai aims to gradually increase the proportion of end-to-end online administrative procedures month by month, starting from 30 per cent in April and striving to reach 70 per cent by December 2025.
This monthly target-setting demonstrates the province’s determination to accelerate administrative modernization, promote the digitalization of public services, and improve service quality for both citizens and businesses.
It is also a key strategic task in the province’s roadmap toward e-government and, ultimately, full-fledged digital governance in line with national directives.
