On July 19, marking the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2026), Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People's Committee Y Ngọc visited and presented gifts to outstanding Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and war invalids in Tịnh Khê Commune.

The delegation visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Võ Thị Dưỡng in Cổ Lũy Village, who lost two sons in the war, and 91-year-old Vietnamese Heroic Mother Võ Thị Màngin Mỹ Lệ Village, whose husband and son were both martyrs.
The delegation also paid visits to and extended encouragement to war invalids and sick veterans Trương Quang Minh (Cổ Lũy Village), Phạm Văn Đổng (Khánh Lâm Village), and Nguyễn Thị Hồng (Mỹ Lại Village).

During the visits, Standing Vice Chairwoman Y Ngọc extended warm regards and best wishes to the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick veterans, and families of revolution contributors.
She expressed profound gratitude for their great sacrifices and contributions to the struggle for national liberation and national defense.
She reaffirmed that the Party, the State and local authorities remain committed to implementing preferential policies for revolution contributors and continuously improving their material and spiritual well-being.
Y Ngọc also expressed her hope that the families would continue to uphold their proud revolutionary tradition, inspiring younger generations to excel in their studies and work, thereby contributing to the development of Quảng Ngãi Province.
