The Chairman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People's Committee has just approved the project of sponsoring 10 wheelchairs for the Quảng Ngãi Provincial Hospital for Children and Women (the Hospital) , funded by the Association for Development Medical au Vietnam (ADM-Vietnam).
The project will be implemented in July 2025 at the Hospital.
The project's objective is to support the Hospital l in transporting patients with limited mobility and departments and rooms that have regular needs in care and treatment, ensuring patient safety and gradually improving facilities to contribute to improving the quality of medical services.
According to the assigned tasks, the Hospital is responsible for organizing and coordinating with the sponsor, relevant agencies to receive and implement the project in compliance with the provisions of laws and commitment to the sponsor. The Hospital is requested to use these wheelchairs properly, ensuring safety in care and treatment. At the same time, they are asked to report the implementation result to the Provincial People's Committee (via the Department of Finance) in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 80/2020/ND-CP dated July 8, 2020 of the Government on management and use of non-refundable aid not belonging to official development assistance of foreign agencies, organizations and individuals for Việt Nam.
The ADM Vietnam, founded in 1992, also known as Aid for Medical Development in Vietnam, is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare in Việt Nam. ADM Vietnam provides humanitarian and scientific support to the poorest in Việt Nam and the Vietnamese medical community through various actions, including material and educational assistance, promoting cultural exchange, and fostering local training.
