US$ 1,739,271 from foreign non-governmental organizations for Quảng Ngãi province in 2025

As reported by the Department of Foreign Affairs of Quảng Ngãi province, in the fiscal year 2025, 24 foreign organizations, including one foreign agency and 23 foreign non-governmental organizations, have committed to fund US$ 1,739,271, equivalent to VNĐ 41,805 million to implement 41 aid packages in the province. Of these, there are 22 transitional aid packages with a total committed capital of VNĐ 25,244 million and 19 new mobilization aid packages with a total committed capital of VNĐ 16,561 million.

These aid packages focus on the fields of social welfare, health, education and training, and environment. When implementing aid packages in the procince, these international organizations have complied with the provisions of current laws.

In 2025, the proportion of aid tends to decrease in quantity (83.67 per cent) and value of aid (18.32 per cent) as compared to the same period in 2024. The reason is that the capital to implement the components of new mobilized aid in 2024 was much larger in scale than the new mobilized aid in the same period in 2025, although the transitional aid in 2025 is higher than the same period in 2024.

The aid, when implemented, has contributed to solving urgent needs, improving the quality of life of people and children with disabilities in the project area, and the quality of health services, education, supporting livelihoods for people, and taking care of children's health.

From the beginning of 2025 to now, Quảng Ngãi Provincial People's Committee has commented on the operation situation in the province of 35 foreign non-governmental organizations to issue Operating Licenses granted by functional authorities in order to suit the 2-level government model after the arrangement.
